Rental Payments:
We accept checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.  We do not accept cash or cards in office. You can make payments through our tenant portal, which uses a third party processor.

Rent may be paid at our office in person during normal business hours, or you can use the drop box on our left hand door, or you can pay online. 

Rent is due on the 1st day of every month and considered late after the 7th day of the month at which time a late fee will be assessed. Effective 10/1/21 following Senate Bill 21-173, late fees have changed to $50 or 5% of the balance due, whichever is great. Non-payment rent by the 7th may also result in the posting of a “Demand for Compliance or Right to Possession Notice” which is the initial step in the eviction process and includes a service fee.
